Priority Seating at Hotel Restaurants

Hotel restaurants do not accept reservations. However, you may book for Priority Seating, a system that minimizes your waiting time. Come by during the designated window of time you've been given, and you will be seated as soon as a table is available. Please note that waiting times may vary.

Hotel Guests may also use room service to dine in their rooms.

Access Within the Resort Hotel Guests can use the monorail that circles Tokyo Disney Resort, the Disney Resort Line, free of charge.

Disney Resort Line

A complimentary pass for the Disney Resort Line monorail is available for Guests staying at the hotel. The monorail circles the Resort linking major destinations. The pass can be used for multiple rides on the monorail during their stay. Guests who wish to use the monorail, can request a pass at their hotel or at the Hotel Service Counter on the station level of the Tokyo Disney Resort Welcome Center. Guests will not be reimbursed for the use of the Disney Resort Line before receiving their complimentary pass.

Shopping Delivery Service: From shops in the Resort to the hotel

Disney Hotel Guests can enter Tokyo Disneyland Park from a special entrance located in the central area of the Main Entrance. Please bring the "Disney Hotel Guests Special Entrance Pass" that you receive when you check in to your hotel, and show it to a Cast Member at the Park entrance.

Note:

1.
The Tokyo Disneyland Special Entrance will only be available during the period of high congestion around the entrance area in the morning when the Park opens.
2.
The "Disney Hotel Guests Special Entrance Pass" is valid during your entire stay at a Disney Hotel, excluding your check-in date.
3.
The Tokyo Disneyland Special Entrance will not be available for: (1) nighttime Passport tickets; (2) the year-end and New Year's period; and (3) special operating hours at the Park.

Service Facilities Within the Hotel

Misty Mountains Pool
Open: In 2013, the pool will be open from Saturday, July 6 through Sunday, September 1.

･Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Guests may use the pool from 12:00 noon – 6:00 p.m. on the day they check in.
Guests may use the pool from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon on the day they check out.

･Charge: Free

Note: Complimentary lockers and towels are provided.


Laundry Room
Coin laundry is available on the first floor for Hotel Guests. (Open 24 hours)

Note: A room key is required to enter the Laundry Room.

Mothers' Nursery
A nursing room is available on the third floor, with facilities for changing diapers and nursing your baby.
･Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Smoking Room
Smoking is only permitted at the Smoking Room on the third floor. (Open 24 hours)

Currency Exchange
Foreign currency exchange is handled at the the reception counter. (Hotel Guests only.)

Parking for Hotel Guests

For Guests Staying at the hotel
Charge:  ¥2,000 for the 1st night (per 1 passenger car)
¥1,000 for each additional night
Hours:   From midnight before you check in to midnight after you check out

Note: Please show your parking ticket and pay at the Front Desk when you check in.
(You can enter and exit the parking area multiple times during your hotel stay.)

For Guests not staying at the hotel (restaurant/banquet/other reasons)
･Charge: ¥800 for the first hour, additional ¥400 per additional 30 minutes.

Notes:
Some hotel restaurants and facilities can issue Guest Parking Passes. Please see a Cast Member for one.
A separate fee will also be charged if you use the Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo DisneySea Guest Parking Areas.

Tokyo Disney Resort Welcome Center

The Tokyo Disney Resort Welcome Center is located next to JR Maihama Station and offers a variety of services for hotel Guests.

Baggage Delivery Service
Guests can have their baggage delivered directly to the hotel from here through this complimentary service.
Valuables (including notebook computers and other precision equipment), breakable items and beverages cannot be accepted for delivery.

Park Ticket Sales
Guests of the hotel are able to purchase tickets for Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea, even during periods when ticket sales are restricted because of high attendance.

Distribution of Disney Resort Line Complimentary Passes
Hotel Guests can receive their Disney Resort Line complimentary pass here. For the duration of the Guests stay, this pass allows the Guest unlimited use of this monorail that connects major destinations of the Resort. These passes can also be obtained at the hotel.

Please note that Guests will not be reimbursed for use of the Disney Resort Line before receiving their complimentary pass.
