Located in the lobby, the Reception counter handles check-in and checkout procedures, accepts letters and cards for delivery to the post office, and provides other services, including sales of Park tickets. Please feel free to drop by. In addition to check-in and checkout procedures, Guests are always welcome to purchase Park tickets for Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea and leave their mail at the Reception in the lobby.
At the Bell Desk in the lobby, Guests can store their baggage temporarily and book seats on a limousine bus to the airport. Guests are welcome to drop by any time and make inquiries concerning their stay.
Guests can use this service to ship their belongings, including purchases made at the Parks, from the hotel to their home.

This outdoor pool is themed to the Disney classic film Peter Pan. When walking into the entrance decorated with topiaries featuring Peter Pan and Captain Hook, Guests will find a main pool and a fountain featuring the tick-tocking crocodile from the film. Enjoy a delightful summer experience here.
