If you arrive early, you can complete check-in procedures before the usual check-in time for your convenience. You will receive your room key in advance and your baggage will be delivered to your room, so that you can proceed directly to your room when you return to the hotel later.

Guests paying with credit cards do not need to stop at the reception counter when checking out. All you have to do is show your credit card at the reception counter during check-in. A receipt will be sent to you later. |

Hotel Guests may leave their baggage at the Bell Desk before checking in and after checking out of the hotel.
Notebook computers and other precision equipment cannot be left at the Bell Desk. Please use the notebook computer lockers in the safe deposit room located on the lobby level. |

Guests who will be staying at the hotel can use the Baggage Delivery Service to have their luggage forwarded to the hotel free of charge. Please go to the Tokyo Disney Resort Welcome Center adjacent to JR Maihama Station.
Valuables (including notebook computers and other precision equipment), breakable items and beverages cannot be accepted for delivery. |

Items purchased in either of the Parks or at Bon Voyage can be delivered to the hotel free of charge. Shop to your heart's content without your shopping bags weighing you down.
Your purchases can be picked up at the Guest Service Counter.

From July 6, 2012, Guests staying at Tokyo DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta can enter Tokyo DisneySea Park through a specific gate at the Park Entrance North. This exclusive entrance is in addition to the Hotel/Park Gateway located inside the hotel.
These two exclusive entrances can be used during the following times.
