Hotel restaurants do not accept reservations. However, you may book for Priority Seating, a system that minimizes your waiting time. Come by during the designated window of time you've been given, and you will be seated as soon as a table is available. Please note that wait times may vary.

Hotel Guests may also use room service to dine in their rooms.

Hotel Guests can use the shuttle bus (complimentary) or monorail to get to other Resort destinations.
Disney Resort Cruiser

Service Facilities Within the Hotel
Use of the Palm Garden Pool (Hotel Guests only)
 
Open:   Summer only
Hours:   8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (for Guests staying more than one night)

On the day of your check-in, you can use the pool from 12:00 noon to 6:00 p.m.
On the day of your checkout, you can use the pool from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
Fee: Complimentary
Note:
Towels and lockers are available at no charge.
Swimwear is not available for rental or purchase.
Palm Garden Bar
 
Open:   Summer only, 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Currency Exchange
  Foreign currency exchange is handled at the Front Desk. (Hotel Guests only)
Parking for Hotel Guests
 
Guests staying at the hotel:  Charge: ¥1,000 (per 1 car per night)
Available:  From midnight before you check-in until 2:00 p.m. on the day of checkout.

Note:
A Cast Member will give you a hotel Guest Parking Pass when you arrive. Please present this ticket and pay when you check in. (The pass is valid for as long as your stay.)
You will be charged extra for use of the parking area before check-in or after 2:00 p.m. on the day you check out.
Tokyo Disney Resort Welcome Center
The Tokyo Disney Resort Welcome Center is located next to JR Maihama Station and offers a variety of services for hotel Guests.
Baggage Delivery Service
  Guests can have their baggage delivered directly to the hotel from here through this complimentary service.
Park Ticket Sales
  Guests of the hotel are able to purchase tickets for Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea, even during periods when ticket sales are restricted because of high attendance. Ticket Price List>>
