Payment Method
Cash and major credit cards accepted. Gift cards issued by major credit card companies and Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea Gift Cards are also accepted.
Pre Check-in
If you arrive early, you can complete check-in procedures before the usual check-in time for your convenience. You will receive your room key in advance and your baggage will be delivered to your room, so that you can proceed directly to your room when you return to the hotel later.
Pre Check-in Hours:
· Front Desk 7:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
· Hotel Service Counter (Tokyo Disney Resort Welcome Center 2F) 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Note: Your room will be available from 4:30 p.m. Pre Check-in is only available on your check-in day. Pre Check-in service may not be available in some cases.
Express Checkout
Guests paying with credit cards do not need to stop at the Front Desk when checking out. All you have to do is show your credit card at the Front Desk during check-in. A receipt will be sent to you later.
Baggage Storage
Hotel guests may leave their baggage at the Guest Service Counter before checking in and after checking out of the hotel.
Notebook computers and other precision equipment cannot be left at the Guest Service Counter. Please use the notebook computer lockers in the safe deposit room located on the lobby level.

Complimentary Delivery Services
The following delivery services are offered through the Disney Ambassador Hotel.
Baggage Delivery Service from JR Maihama Station to the Hotel
Guests who will be staying at the hotel can use the Baggage Delivery Service to have their luggage forwarded to the hotel free of charge. Please go the Tokyo Disney Resort Welcome Center adjacent to JR Maihama Station.
Valuables (including notebook computers and other precision equipment), breakable items and beverages cannot be accepted for delivery.
Shopping Delivery Service: From shops in the Resort to the Hotel
Items purchased in either of the Parks or at Bon Voyage can be delivered to the hotel free of charge. Shop to your heart's content without your shopping bags weighing you down. Your purchases can be picked up at the Guest Service Counter.
Note: On request, purchases can be delivered to your room. This service cannot be used after you check out.

Park Ticket Sales
Guests staying at the Disney Ambassador Hotel may enter Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea, even during high Park attendance periods when they purchase Park Passports at the Hotel. Group Passports or Annual Passports not included. Price List>>

Tickets may be purchased for the period of your stay at the hotel only.
